Born & raised in New York, Kendall arrived in the Mad River Valley after spending some time in Boston and San Francisco.
Schooled in the performing and aesthetic arts, Kendall was pleasantly surprised at the depth and diversity of the Valley’s cultural landscape and became a permanent part of the community in 2001.
After acquiring her real estate license, Kendall began working for Graves Realty in 2006 and spent the next two years volunteering as secretary of the Central Vermont Board of Realtors.
Kendall's love of the entire real estate process as well as the collective joy experienced by both the buyers & sellers of a property lead her to pursue and aquire her real estate broker’s license.
Never afraid of getting her hands dirty and blessed with an abundance of artistic creativity, Kendall can often be found making her part of the world a more beautiful place through her photography, painting, interior decorating, furniture refinishing and flower arranging.
