It's also the number of transactions for 2009 & 2010.
Consistency may be great for your golf game, but you can bet that local REALTORs would like to see a return to what sales figures were in 2004 and 2005 when that number was over 200.
 
Things are looking up, despite Tropical Storm Irene & the tough economic times.
The local market has weathered the storm both figuratively & literally and there’s even a promising upward trend on the national level.
The Federal Reserve just announced their plans to keep interest rates low and Sugarbush Resort plans to break ground for its new Lincoln Peak development this spring.
 
The combination of these positive indicators lead us to believe that now is a great time to buy real estate, especially in the Mad River Valley.
