History of Graves Realty

Native Valley resident Augusta “Gussie” Graves, founded Graves Realty in 1970, operating as an independent real estate company catering to both local townspeople and vacationers alike.

In 1986, Gussie sold Graves Realty to Sugarbush Resort. Her reputation for integrity and professionalism were assets well worth keeping and she continued to manage the company she founded, now known as Sugarbush Resort/Graves Realty. All the while Gussie capitalized on her lifetime spent in the Valley and her connection with the resort to increase market share.

When Gussie retired in 1999, the management of Graves Realty was turned over to Sharon Kellermann who remains Principal Broker to this day. She continues the tradition of working closely with Sugarbush Resort in marketing properties to their guests as well as keeping the Valley’s primary home market strong.
